Gravity Workflow Governance Standard v1
GWGS-1 defines how GravityBTC service workflows are governed from service request through invoice generation, settlement recognition, confirmation validation, execution, issued record generation, and retrieval continuity.
This standard supports the three public Gravity service paths: Relay, Case, and Certification.
Purpose
Gravity workflows must remain predictable, reviewable, and independently understandable after a service is completed. GWGS-1 defines the governance layer that keeps service execution consistent across validation, processing, issuance, and retrieval.
Scope
This standard applies to Gravity service requests, invoice-bound workflows, processing controls, batch handling, issued records, verification records, preservation outputs, certification artifacts, and retrieval pathways.
Workflow Governance
Gravity workflows follow a governed progression:
- Service request
- Invoice generation
- Settlement recognition
- Confirmation validation
- Service execution
- Issued record generation
- Retrieval continuity
Issued Records
Issued records must preserve enough context for later review. A Gravity issued record may include service identity, invoice reference, settlement state, verification materials, integrity references, package references, and retrieval information.
Retrieval Continuity
Retrieval continuity means completed Gravity outputs remain connected to invoice IDs, record references, package materials, and verification pathways after service execution.
Processing Controls
Processing controls are used to preserve predictable service behavior, prevent accidental reinterpretation of workflow state, and support independent review of issued records and service outputs.
