Gravity API Abuse Policy
Constrained Public Infrastructure
Gravity API is a constrained public infrastructure interface.
The public API exists to support deterministic invoice-bound workflows, status retrieval, verification operations, and controlled artifact access.
The API is intentionally restricted and rate-limited.
Gravity Reserves the Right To
- reject malformed requests
- throttle excessive requests
- disable abusive clients
- restrict unsupported workflows
- deny automated scraping behavior
- suspend endpoints during operational incidents
- freeze retrieval during integrity investigations
The Public API Does Not Expose
- wallet control
- Bitcoin RPC authority
- shell access
- private keys
- operator credentials
- ledger mutation authority
- unrestricted filesystem access
Availability
Public access does not guarantee unrestricted service availability.
Higher-trust or higher-capacity service lanes may require additional onboarding or authenticated access in future versions.
