CERTIFICATION

Deterministic Attestation Framework

I. Definition

Certification is a settlement-activated attestation framework.

It produces deterministic, machine-readable artifacts derived from confirmed Bitcoin entitlement.

Certification execution occurs exclusively within ACTIVE entitlement state.

II. Activation

Certification becomes available only after:

  1. Invoice generation
  2. Settlement to designated address
  3. Required confirmation depth
  4. Entitlement state transition to ACTIVE

Certification eligibility expires automatically upon entitlement expiration.

III. Entitlement Boundary

Access is capability-bound.

Invoice ID functions as the entitlement reference.

Certification execution is confined to ACTIVE entitlement state.

Entitlement state transitions are confirmation-derived and immutable.

IV. Issuance Model

Certification output reflects system state at time of execution.

V. Artifact Structure

Certification artifacts are queryable within ACTIVE entitlement state.

VI. State Model

Certification entitlement states:

UNPAID → ACTIVE → EXPIRED

Issuance is permitted only during ACTIVE state.

State transitions are binary and machine-evaluated.

VII. Execution Discipline

Certification issuance is strictly bounded to settlement-derived entitlement state.
